Quail Hill Farm

Thank you to Emma Quaytman and the 40 Quail Hill Farm volunteers she led this past season. Together they donated over 1,000 hours to help the farm and CSA program!

Volunteers helped out in a variety of ways depending on their interests. The majority of volunteers were greeters who welcomed and answered members’ questions.

Greeters played an important role at the farm this year making sure everyone who visited understood the new COVID-19 safety precautions.

Six volunteers helped out in the fields, amassing roughly 260 hours of work among the vegetable rows of the farm! Harvesting produce for the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreational Center and the CSA Box Shares were just a few of their tasks. Another group of volunteers spent their time at the Box Share pickups, which had two locations this year, the farm’s shop and Bridge Gardens.

We thank each and every volunteer for donating their time. If you’re interested in volunteering at Quail Hill Farm next year, contact Layton Guenther, Quail Hill Farm Director, for more information.
